What’s the cost?
Well, even my closest friends are telling me that all of the features above is wayyyy too much to give away for less than $10,000, but I like to be generous. And I understand one key business principle-you can only grow a business by having bad ass people growing & executing alongside you.
So, tell you what…If you commit to the following, it’ll just cost 1/10th of the number above.
1. Promise to aggressively stay in the program for at least 6 months
2. Share 20% of any deal’s net profits during that year that went through my office…If you found a deal on your own, that my office did not assist with, then it’s none of my business. Keep all of it! I just want to pay myself or my staff if they helped.
3. Pay your Setup Fee
The setup fee is $997 if you sign up by January 31st, 2020. Then I’m closing this off, because I want to make this a limited group of beast mode Alphas.

Are there any other requirements?
1. You should be okay with being scolded if you procrastinate or do not perform in any way.
2. You should commit at least 8 hours a week to finding and closing deals. If you have a full-time job or business, that’s fine…Just make time for the deals.
3. You should plan to meet Ivan at least once a quarter in his Atlanta office to discuss the action plan that fits your lifestyle. This will help your transition out of your current full-time work, into real estate.
What’s a typical 80%/20% split scenario look like?
Well, if we close 5, $20,000 profit deals…That would be about $80,000 for you, and $20,000 for my team & I. For learning the game, and having access to all my personal team (salespeople, attorneys, contracts, capital, etc) network of people & training, do you think that’s a fair split?
Why can’t you give me this for free?
For one, my real estate coach personally taught me an important lesson one day. If people do not invest money into making themselves great, then they have no loss if they don’t perform & choose to procrastinate for the rest of their lives. However, if they put up money, the stakes are high now-and they have to “put in the work” to insure they multiply that money invested.
What’s up with the name Alpha-to-Alpha?
It’s based on the fact that you are already a great leader in your heart, and all we’re going to do is pull it out of you harder & stronger so you can build your real estate empire faster.
Are there any refunds?
We have a special way of doing a refund to make sure you’re “putting in the work”. Because we are committing time & resources to you that are innumerable, and we don’t want fakesters that will not use them.
If my team or I have seen you put in serious effort into at least 5 deals that we have personally trained you on getting, and the contracts fell through, due to no fault of your own. I will personally give you a full $997 refund because that shows that you put in the work to try to make the deals happen, and something like title issues or Seller issues caused the deal to fall. Otherwise, no refunds will be provided because we need to see that strong effort. And is 5 deals across 6 months realistic? Yes, because just one of our associates recently closed 4 deals in a month.
